    This course focuses intensively on the communication theory and the communication skills that are the building blocks of mediating, negotiating or resolving interpersonal conflict. It is recommended for anyone entering the Certificate Program in Conflict Resolution without previous training in communication skills. This course is also effective as a stand-alone learning experience. Each skill will be demonstrated and then practiced in short exercises involving conflict situations.
